If you plan to place the dumpster on your own property, like your driveway, you likely won’t need a permit. You should check with your HOA and local ordinances to confirm. If you plan to place it on the street or another public area, we recommend checking your local city rules and restrictions.
Our standard rental period is 14 days, but we’re flexible. Need it a bit longer? Just let us know, and we can extend your rental period for a small additional charge. We can also tailor a job to fit your needs depending on your location and volume of dumpster rentals that you will need for your project.
Each dumpster rentals includes a set amount of tonnage. If your load goes over the limit, an additional fee will apply. We suggest giving us a call with a description of your scope of work so we can recommend the most cost-effective rental for your needs.
Clear the drop-off spot of any obstacles like cars, low-hanging branches, or loose items the day before the dumpster delivery. Sometimes we deliver very early! Ensure the ground is stable enough to support the dumpster and its contents. We’ll discuss all the specifics before we arrive to ensure everything goes smoothly.
